About
I grew up in Rapid River, Michigan, and returned to the Upper Peninsula to help injured workers and accident victims throughout the community. A major focus of my practice is representing individuals with their workers’ compensation claims and helping clients and their families secure the maximum settlements needed to cover medical treatment and wage loss benefits after a workplace injury.
After graduating from law school, I was trained by some of the country’s leading trial attorneys while working as a Cook County Assistant State’s Attorney in Chicago. I was honored to serve in the courtroom of the Chief Judge of the Criminal Court Division, where I gained extensive courtroom and trial experience advocating on behalf of victims and handling complex legal matters.
That experience continues to shape my approach today as I fight for injured and disabled workers across the Upper Peninsula. I have had the privilege of representing many first responders, including law enforcement officers and healthcare workers. I understand the financial and emotional stress that often follows a serious injury, and I work closely with my clients to help them navigate the legal process and pursue the compensation they deserve.
